We like your service because you are very caring and reliable. When something goes wrong (the porcupine quills), you deal with it appropriately. When you realize that something could be done to improve the dogs' experiences, like the doggy swims in the heat of summer, you do it. And most of all we like your service because you like Casey and she likes you.
